  • Nowadays, you can determine exactly when your pizza or groceries will be delivered, but when it comes to a parcel delivery from your favourite shop, you have no way at all to determine when the parcel should arrive

Deine Rolle

  • Together with the product and engineering team, you analyze which user requirements are placed on the software to be created. You derive a coherent concept for the entire development of the software from many different requirements
  • You'll be busy with programming work. You take on all work that requires an understanding of the systems that harmonize and interlock with each other. In addition, you will advise your colleagues in the various phases and help them with the various challenges
  • Cover all parts of software engineering:  Software and data architecture as well as software design and implementation. You also ensure that the quality is high with automated unit and E2E tests
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers and other engineers to develop new features and continuously improve the code base
  • Planning test environments: You will develop a comprehensive and extensive test environment for the new software, in which the entire new system can be comprehensively and continuously tested for errors and problems

Über dich

  • You have about 3 years of experience in software development
  • A strong knowledge of Node.js backend development
  • Knowledge of and experience with distributed systems (Message queues and event streaming)
  • Knowledge  of  CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
  • Experience in frontend development using React and/or Vue.js
  • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Heroku, AWS, Terraform)
  • Knowledge of mobile development using Flutter is a plus
  • You are able to solve complex technical challenges
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • High sense of autonomy/ownership
